There's a very open and large living/family room with a connected kitchen and dining room beside. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with its own suite and 2 kid rooms that share one bathroom. The backyard comes with a nice picnic area and large pool, perfect for your medium sized families. I have used some Sims 3 Store items but no custom content made by other artists. Enjoy!
