Just as you guys thought I officially left modthesims2.com! Now xsoburg is back!
Here's a very cool and fancy city home that will satisfy your middle class sims! It has 4 stories including the rooftop balcony, for throwing Friday night parties. Has plenty of bedrooms for your guests and other family members. Garage with roof means even your lovely car stays warm and dry during thunderstorms, hail storms and blizzards!
The living room is very unique among to other city houses. It takes up 2 floors, making a very tall living room! This means, guest and family members can enjoy relaxing without sweat on a hot day!
Feel free to modify with your own creativity!
The car shown in the snapshot is Fresh-Prince's Honda Fit.
UPDATE 19/7/09: I've decided this house is going to be my "real-life" house in 3-4 years time. I probably have to get help from a professional architect for technical stuff on the real thing, since The Sims 2 doesn't use real technical stuff like the house structure to pluming or electrical wiring.
