I really enjoyed making my last city house, so I decided to make a series out of it. Here's number 2.
For sims that are tired of living in the suburbs, here's a new house to place in your downtown neigbourhood!
The house is small and perfect for a singe sim that hasn't find the love of his life yet, or a couple of sims.
Only one floor. There's a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a driveway. Objects for all skills-building are included, and you even get a car! And all of that for less than 20 000$!!
