This apartment is designed to receive large families. It consists of two apartments with two floors and garage, and three more apartments, all decorated and furnished.
Outside the Sims can have fun in the pool, the children in the playground and can also spend your free time doing what you love, playing football, do gardening, pottery and sewing.
To rise to the top floor have two elevators and one staircase, also has computers, table to play cards and billiards to have fun with neighbours.


To rent an apartment furnished:
Press “CTRL-SHIFT-C” to bring up the chest box, then type the cheat:
“boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true” and press ENTER, then press SHIFT-and the door of the apartment you wish to rent and chose “Rent Furnished”.

For rent: 3.573 – 4.332
