Here is another Menards lot (though again I can't scan the original floorplan of the magazine). I have Pets, Nightlife, University, Apartment Life, and Family Fun Stuff installed, so you will undoubtedly need all of them as well. This lot is COMPLETELY furnished and costs just over 205,000 simoleons. It is designed for a quite wealthy family (parents and 3 kids; currently designed for child boy, teen girl and toddler girl) who don't want a massive house.

This lot has been fully tested with a complete sim family, and everything seems to work fine. There is quite a lot of CC (if you look below), but most of the CC come in the same package. For example, all those fake flowers by HP come in the same package, etc.

I am sorry the lights aren't on, but I can assure you that every room is fully lit. If you are the sort of person who likes lots of lights, then you can add in more. There is one picture that shows the formal sitting room to be lit, because I love that room so much. It is my favorite of all.
