Welcome to another modern villa, this time i learned from the faults on the other villa, so i hope it is a looker!
This villa is spacious and is decorated in a modern slyle mixed with classical elements, it is fully furnished and in his garden it has fruit trees, a hot tub and a swimming pool.
Inside your sims will have all the games they would like to play and there is room for 2 cars. THERE IS NO CC INCLUDED IN THE BUILDING ALL OF IT IS BASIC STUFF.
