Hey everyone!

Finally, my first non-CC lot. This time I decided to "go residential" and create the ultimate modern villa. The house is perfect for young adults who just turned rich and famous - think of someone like a hip young DJ who suddenly had all this money and didn't know what to spend it on. You end up with this, complete with 2 parking lots, a large swimming pool, plenty of terraces and even a small private nightclub.

You might want to use a gardening mod if you don't want the flowers to die. I would recommend "Perfect Plants" or "Perfect Gardens" from Simbology at http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=13.0. Just scroll down the first post and you'll find them in the list.
