This house was built in Sunlit Tides, but does not require the world to download it (if you already have Sunlit Tides – great!) It sits on a 40x40 lot with amazing views all around. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a large living room, eat-in kitchen and dining room, walk out basement, large pool with a deck overhead, a balcony off the top floor bedrooms, a nursery, office, and a two-car garage that can fit five cars and two bikes total. It also comes with an outdoor patio in the front of the house for that tropical and open feel!

Furnished inside out! I’ve uploaded the CC version, along with more photos, to my website although the CC version only has about 3 pieces of cc so still not that many. The awkward open sky in the picture is not because the house doesn't have a roof over that area, it's because there is open area going up from the stairs right beside the kitchen!
