Hey everyone, this is my first upload here at MTS, and I worked really hard on it so I hope you like it!

It’s a house for TS3, in case you missed that.

It’s right on the beach, has nice flow and is a great home for 2-4 Sims - if you change the office into a extra bedroom. I left it an office because… I like offices.

The screenshots were taken at the fullest quality, but I had to compress the images a little to meet MTS’s requirements.

NOTE: This house includes custom content from the official Sims 3 Store. I’m not sure if they’ll show up in your game if you have not installed them yet. If they don’t show up in your game, TS3 will probably replace them with other items - or just delete the item altogether - so in some places it might look a little… off.
