Hello!
Here is the suspended box residence, a great apartments edifice where 3 families can live.

Start joining various townies in one place instead of having them in so many lots.
Free up some space in your town by merging various families in one big residence and get rid of the horrible standard houses.
Of course, you can also play with your sims if you want.

This residence has 3 apartment, 1 per floor. Each one is conceived as a whole, with kitchen, dining room,living room...

First floor serves only for entrance, so you have almost all the terrain free of construction.there are 2 pools, a zen garden and an ouside dining and relaxation area.


Second floor has one big apartment with one bedroom, ideal for a wealthy couple.


Third floor has one master and one chidren/teen bedroom, ideal for 3 sims.


forth floor has 2 big bedrooms, so it can be for 2 couples.
