Why XX/XY? Because this duplex is meant for 2 sims: one of the XX chromosome and one of the XY chromosome. As a matter of fact, each house has been carefully decorated to please one gender, beyond the common stereotypes.

Tired of creating sims and placing them on separate lots hoping that they'll eventually meet and fall in love? Put an end to your suffering (and theirs!). Place them both on this lot and watch them court each other. What about same sex couples? What if my female sim is a tomboy? Just redecorate!

You may also put 2 different families in 1 household, place them on the lot and have them be neighbors. The possibilities are endless!

(I recommend placing this duplex at 280 Sunnyside Blvd. However, it will fit in any 40X30 or larger lot. Personally, I removed all the residential lots that were in the downtown area and placed them somewhere else because I'd rather have my own characters living there than have random NPC's steal all the best spots!)
