I wanted to do something quick and easy, so voila! This tiny duplex is super cheap and tiny, so it's easy to place anywhere. Put them all around your neighborhood to encourage growth! The left side is set up as an NPC unit, but is fully furnished in case you want to remove the markers and play both sides. Each side has one bedroom, one bathroom, and all appliances upgraded. The lot is built with base game items only but Late Night is required for it to function as an apartment lot.
