The Red and Blue Duplex looks like a single-family home at first glance, but it's actually a great place for TWO families to call home. Built on a corner lot, each unit's entrance is on a separate side of the building for privacy. File #1 is set up with the Red Unit as playable and the Blue Unit as NPC; File #2 is the opposite, with Red Unit as NPC and Blue Unit as playable. (You must have Late Night installed if you want to play half of this lot as an NPC unit.) Because the lot is entirely furnished, it can also be played as a single-family, multi-generation house be removing all the lot markers entirely.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
