Small Cape Cod, Sparsely furnished and landscaped, 2x2 lot

This small Cape Cod style house is designed to be in New England style modern Cape Cod, maximize house size for a family use and still start a family of 2 with the basic furnishings they need for an 'early married' comfortable life. The furnishings and landscaping are limited to keep the price low, but not uncompfortably so.

The house plays very well for two to four, and reasonably well for 6. It has 2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 full baths, a small dining room, a full kitchen, a large living room and a large den/bedroom downstairs and a driveway for a car. The lot is only 2x2, so there is not much room for outside stuff.

I have all the expansion and stuff packs pre Bon Voyage, but probably only nightlife is required.

The lot uses several 'builder's tricks' to maximize the size of the house per price. For example, it uses the 'deck' foundation inside a regular foundation to lower costs and allow a wood look in the livingroom and dining room.
