The Hillbottom Strip

After a long time of Sim-inactivity and the decision to put way too large a building project on hold, I ended up actually playing some Sims. And since they procreate like rabbits, I quickly ran out of houses, requiring me to step up and give them homes. And the results of that, I figured, I might as well share.


So here is one of the two recent creations: The Hillbottom Strip



This is a very simple house, basically, somewhat suited for your artist Sims. It's rather thin, which is why "strip".
It includes:

• Garage (with no place for a car)
• Living Room
• 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen (including dining table)
• Master Bedroom
• empty room for whatever use

The garage is packed with washing machine and dryer, sculpting station and workbench. The car has space outside the garage in the driveway though.

The kitchen is situated in the round corner of the house, with the many large windows caring for nice dinner atmosphere.


The living room is friendly and cosy, the exit to the vast extensive garden is nearby.



Downstairs the bathroom is for quick use whereas the upstairs bathroom allows for a more relaxed hygiene-experience.

Same as the kitchen, the bedroom is located at the round corner, just upstairs, where plenty of windows allow your Sims to live out their exhibitionist tendencies.

There's also plenty of opportunity for your bookworm-Sims to store and read their books:


And one more quite large empty room could turn into a nursery/kid's room, or, if you prefer, a workout studio or whatever else you want. It's on the second floor.
