Nu Central Park - Now Open to Public !

First of all, even though it's meant to be Sunset Valley's Central Park replacement, I made this on a 60x60 for flexibility.
And I haven't got the chance to make the 64x64 version because I'm having trouble with the fishing spawners.

64x64 version now available ! with major adjustments :
- fishing spawners similar to default central park (lake common 1 x2 lake common 2 x2)
- indoor pond now accessible, with beautiful (or creepy?) decorations !
- floor tiles replaced with symmetric ones to fix the broken pattern issue when rotating the lot
- uhh.. well, I guess that's all.. not that important huh ?

anyways, the 60x60 version is still available though it's the same stuff as before..

The walkway and the stage design is inspired from Albuquerque Civic Plaza.



It's playtested for 3-4 sims day
The building's interior is a little dull though, because I had to remove all the paintings and such to maintain the lot's "park" status. Else the game will recognize it as an art gallery instead.
Blame EA for making such a stupid rule regarding community lots.. -_-;
