Cool Panda - an attempt at modernism

Stupid name, cool house..
It was named after Panda because it consists of mostly Black and White colors.
And Pandas are cool, even cooler than penguins !


The first draft was to make a Box looking house (like most modern houses available here at MTS )

But apparently, using half walls to make roof leaves a nasty hanging ceilings effect. So I decided to make a weird looking roof shape instead ^^

as for the front lobby, the drawers are supposed to be shoe lockers btw.

having a front lobby with shoe lockers is a quite common thing in japan.
although honestly I was just kinda lost as to what to do with that room ^^

the second floor is a studio for your artistic sims !
or you can just convert it into a gym instead.. :p
