There are already a few of these houses on various sims sites…but after seeing this house in the film “When a Stranger Calls” I couldn’t resist making one myself!


Mandrakis Residence is a home belonging to Dr Mandrakis, his wife and his 2 children. It is a very modern, river front style house, built on 2 levels so there’s plenty of space for sims to live freely. But it doesn’t stop there…across the river sits a guest house that is plenty spacious for visiting guests to live in…or sims who love their privacy!

This project took the longest time to build, landscape and decorate out of all my houses. Probably due to its huge size…But I reckon it payed off because this house looks amazing in the game!
