Mostly themed with Black ‘n’ White decorations + furnishings, this is an extremely Modern multi-split level house that your many simmies would love to call their home.





It is relatively large, but this isn’t really a problem in the game because I have tried to even out all the proportions of the house so its not just one big block.

An advantage to its large size is that it has enough bedrooms and space to house up to 7 sims, though for some reason I could only fit 2 bathrooms…ah well…

-Living room and open study (or sitting) area both on split levels
