Writer's Block - Summer of Love Neighborhood Project

My entry for the "Summer of Love" neighborhood challenge is a home for Allen Ginsberg, William S. Burroughs and Jack Kerouac. The Summer of love is a 60's themed neighborhood project held by the crew on the Build n' Share forums, where the community comes together and builds the neighborhood in one week. It's based off of Sunset Valley. So if you want your own "Summer of Love" town, just start bulldozing (or download Flabaliki's pre-bulldozed Sunset Valley/Riverview emptied upload at ModTheSims.) I do believe they'll be uploading a full Summer of Love town all in due time.

This is a 60's style underground house. I've attempted to emulate the floor plan from a site link provided by Kayllisti: Retro/Earth sheltered House Plan. My version is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths, "green" room/indoor greenhouse, 2 car garage, kitchen w/bar, dining area, living room, sitting area, atrium/airlock, study, and library/book storage room. I've tried to maintain a modern style 60's theme.
