I am really proud of this house. I made it to be a bright cute and colorful little beach bungalow, and it turned into what it is now. A modern get-away in a secluded forest clearing. Now the outside may not look that modern, but it's not necessrily supposed to. The cool thing is that the whole house is monochromaic. It's all black, white and grey. And it looks really cool. Now, the house is build for 1-2 sims, but there are two great spots fr easy expansion: off to the side near the kitchen (right of the front of the house), or you can get rid of the stairs leading to the backyard from the kitchen, and put more house there. Just in case anyone wants to expand.

So here's the important stuff:

-sitting room (off bdrm)
-backyard
And it's fully furnished! Decorations, lights, curtains, all necessary furniture, all included.
