First residential lot for the Strangetown renovation project, woohoo! Not sure why I weighed so heavily on the surfer stuff but I thought that since Ajay doesn't really have a backstory, I might as well just go with it. There's also some pet oportunites here and I got to adopt this adorable doggo for the cover images. Everything is playtested but please leave a message if you find something wrong.
