This modern house is not as expensive as my other houses, but it look very luxurious. With it`s extravagant design and cool furnishing it`s the perfect place for a rockstar.

The house has three huge pillars that look as if they hold the other parts. I painted them with other colous of stone on the sides, because otherwise they look very bold.

The masterpiece of the dwelling is the interesting shaft, that creates an atrium in the bedroom and it goes down to the pool, to form an island, that is closed with huge windows and contains a modern sculpture. So it really makes the design original and extravagant.

The first floor is actually a semi closed garage, the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom are on the second floor and the third floor contains a study and two bedrooms.

I`d like to pay attention to the master bedroom, or actually the rockstar`s bedroom. It`s very large, has a fireplace, some paintings and even a sitting area. It has it`s own large bathroom, that has a plenty of windows, so if the sims could look through them they would see the bathroom from all sides. But it`s interesting because the bathroom looks really luxurious because everything is in gold and marble.
