Of course, what I built is not exactly chimneys, though I still hope this lot will make you smile
It is built on 2 floors :
The ground floor is in the roofs and contains a laundry and a study with bookshelf. On the outside I made a terrace with a chessboard.
The first floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Again I made a terrace with a BBQ area.
Lot price : Furnished 104,781; unfurnished : 67,695
A grateful thanks to my friend Triciamanly who helped me a lot in doing this lot with her feedback, ideas and support.
Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: 104,781
