Pineway Estate - a requested modern house for 3 toddlers, 2 teens and a couple

Due to some eye problems I wasn't able to finish and upload this earlier. It was requested by melissajoy.
Pineway Estate is a comfy sizeable house in a modern style for a huge family. It has one nursery room with three toddler beds, 2 bedrooms for teenagers (one girl, one boy) and a master bedroom with a dressing room for an adult couple.
There is, as usual with me, a kitchen combined with a dining and living room.
There are of course also 2 bathrooms, one on the groundfloor and one on the first floor.
Pineway Estate features a lovely terrace with a bit of a tropical feel that is provided by plants growing above, on the beams. From the terrace descend the stairs to a pool and a garden with a stylish yet playful playground with all the necessary stuff.
What is important is that the house is decorated with some of my recoloured items, such as table clutter (perfumes -http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=363427 ) and paintings (set "Lena" - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=363579).
But, there are also paintings by Qbuilderz, from his set "Painting Pandemonium" and a red rose by lemoncandy. The links are in credits
