Sunrise Boulevard - A luxury community lot with restaurant and swimming pool

Okay, so it's my first upload, I hope everything will work! So here it comes - a big-sized community lot with restaurant and swimming pool in sunny colours.

Not Included

You will need to download 2 things and place them as I did in the pictures, or you won't get the same result, cause in fact these two things add character to this lot :

The custom content, except for build mode kind, is NOT included.

I just put the furniture there so that the pictures are nicer and show ya some ideas how you can use the space on the lot. If you like any of this stuff, just PM me and I will give you the links to them.

Big thanks for permissions to all the creators of the stuff that I included in the lot. You're all amazingly talented, I wish I could be too But yet I'm just an average house builder... Oh well! ;p
