Pistachio - a modern estate with a sunken living room

This is a modern house with a medium size swimming pool, tropical garden and a garage. It is a studio, because, except for bathroom, there are no real divisions between rooms such as kitchen, living room and bedroom. The living room is sunken and its windows face a beautiful tropical garden. There is also a gate in the back of the garden, which is helpful if you live in a nice area and want to go for a walk from time to time. A small shady path behind the house leads to a clearing with 2 benches and a BBQ set. Whole garden is well-lighted.

While the outer walls of the house are made of mint-coloured brick, and its roof is dark green, the interior is decorated with warm colours (orange, indian red, purple, pink, khaki, spice brown) mixed with white details, which make it modern. OH. There is also a fireplace I've forgotten to mention.

The house is quite cozy and comfy and I hope you like it
