Decided to take a short little break from my Suburban series lots and go
coastal. This lot is under 20k, and is on the ocean. You are able to fish
here, which I strongly recommend you doing for your career since it is such
a long walk up to the mainland. I still provided a garage and driveway for
your convenience. If you can't afford it and don't need that then just
delete it and subtract some cost from the lot. This lot is meant for
Recurve Strand. It is recommended that use place it on this lot for the best
results!
