Well, this is my first upload and my english is not so good, so...

It’s a small modern like house, made for a couple and kid and fit in the lot that face the beach side a wood house (I’m playing the Portuguese version).
The bad thing about this house is that it cause some sims’ jam due the small corridors in the lounge, and well, I’ve been playing in this lot for a good time and think that is no big deal…except if want to do a party and call a lot of sims in.
