Today I bring to you my version of a Modern/Contemporary House: Dexteria


This time I decide to go with something a little more classic but with a twist and my personality


The house has 2 beds and 2 baths. The master bed has a nursery attached that you can convert in a reading area, a gym or a studio if you like.


In the first floor you will find the kitchen with a dinning area, the living room, a laundry, one full bath and the studio/reading area.
In the second floor you have the 2 beds, the nursery and the master bath. From the second you can "look down" to the entrance of the house. It also has 2 balconies, one facing the front of the house and the other one to the back from where you can access the third floor that has the art room and a telescope.


I enjoy creating this house a lot and hope you like and enjoy playing in it too The house has been play tested and everything works great!

I also used University EP and 70's 80's 90's SP in the lot
