You and your fiance are looking for a house to move into once you are married. You are looking for a small, modern house. You walk past the Simple Modern Starter, and know that this is the one.
Inspired by aeowyn22's Mini Modern 1x1 Lot for The Sims 2, this is my take on a small, incredibly modern house. It is made for a couple who are not planning on having children, and like to be in an opened-area house.
