this house is based loosely on the "midcentury not at all modern" that came with lucky palms--that sad, graceless thing on too large a lot with too little space. i loved the idea of an eat-in kitchen and a living room with massive windows looking into a little courtyard, but hated the idea of actually playing the game in that POS. with some massive architectural additions and some spit-polish, i gave it some dignity (and actual playability).

comes with the basics and not much else.



store content used:
- yucca plant without blossoms
- yucca plant with blossoms
- palm royal
- prickly pear cactus with orange flowers
- prickly pear cactus
- sectional cement fence

all store content used comes from lucky palms. none of these items are necessary (especially if you plan on dropping the house in a neighborhood like bridgeport or sunset valley), but go a lot towards the 1950s mojave feel.
