Beach Lot Version and Regular Lot Version
**PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION**

Hello. This house comes in 2 versions. One Version is a BEACH LOT VERSION,
meaning that it has to be placed on a beach lot.
The Other Version is a regular lot version which can be placed anywhere else.
THE INTERIOR OF BOTH HOUSE ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.
The only difference between the house are the plants outside and stuff.

The Beach Lot Version has palm trees and a beachy look
mean while
the Regular Lot Version of the house has regular trees and shrubs
on the property.

The Beach Lot House should be placed at 455 Sunnyside BLVD. It is where it was built and packaged.

Well enough, I built this house in July i believe. I don't know why I took so long to upload it lol. I feel like I designed it beautifully and it is one of my personal favorites. Its great for a little family of 4 kids. I have play tested
