Beachy Contemporary Home

Hello =]
This is a "contemporary" home built across the street from the beach. I had a house from the Sims 2 in mind when I built this.. I cant remember the name of it or what lot it was on.. But the house was built like this with 3 floors, the entrance on the side and on the 2nd floor, and a vacant "1st floor". I think the house came with Open For Business.. IDK I cant remember it was so long ago LOL.. It came from the heart man..

It might be so much money because I forgot to delete the car in the driveway.. sorry.. The car was free with the Collectors Edition so if you don't have the car I'm not sure what will replace it.

The house was play tested and worked fine but the paper girl delivers the paper in the back yard so you might want to click on the entrance door to make it the front door.
