'Suburban Abode' is a residential lot I originally created in my game and I decided to share my creation to you all.


The house features a small laundry area which connects to the garage, the living room, and the first floor bathroom. There is also a 'small' office room located in the first floor (customizable into a new room) where your sims could do their things, and last but not the least, a spacious garage to offer for your sims(the downloadable file features in-garage band instruments).

The house overall has a 'brown/wood' scheme, and yes, it is a FLAT LOT. I made sure the house was accessible in and out too.
