Elegant Estate for the Sims that want a large family! This estate can easily home 6 to 8 Sims. The lot has a 2 car attached garage, swimming pool, play area, pond and large patio.

Tranquility with 5 bedrooms is the second in my series of Elegant Estates, built at 130 Redwood Parkway. They are built on the 3 cliff top lots in Sunset Valley.
