Small lot Victorian. I love Huge Grand Victorians but I thought I might try building some Victorians that fit on some of the smaller lots, like the 20 x 30. It still has all the rooms that your Sim family will need, and it has been played tested with a family of 6. This way I (you) can choose to leave it how it is or place it on a larger lot and expand it.

The main floor has:
Living room
Dinning room
Study
Guest bath
Kitchen
Family room

The upstairs has:
Master bedroom with own bath
2 child/guest bedrooms
Full bath
Landing

The lot has:
Room for a drive if you like
Fenced back yard
Several porches/balconies
Pool
