Little Red Barn - Converted to a House!

I thought the barn neighborhood deco was cute, so I decided to build one to sort of resemble it, and have it "converted" to a house, suitable for 1-2 sims. Here is the result.

It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area downstairs with a small powder room. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom and bathroom.

Outside it has 4 apple trees and space for growing veggies, a pond, and a driveway.
