Beachfront, Clifftop Mansion/Chateau

A couple of months back I got the idea to make a nice rocky, cliffy, cold-looking beachfront property with a big house/mansion/castle/chateau or something on it, and I only just now got around to finishing it. After all, no one said beaches have to be all white sand & palm trees, right? I tried to combine "fancy-mansion" and "spooky" while building this.

On the ground floor it features a grand entry hall, music room, study, billiards, bathroom, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has a cellar underneath it with a spare room that could be used as an ideal vampire bedroom as pictured... or a room to lock your sim's valuables - or enemies - in. :D

On the first floor it features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hobby room, and a TV room.

It also has a 2 car garage down the left corner of the lot.

This was built on the Bluewater Village terrain and probably suits that best. I have included a picture of it's location on that terrain.
It will make a slight "hill" on the neighborhood terrain to the left of the lot because it was originally built up against a hill. So if you want to be able to place lots next to it I have included a separate rar file with the lot adjusted to be flat on the edges. Download the "Clifftop Chateau_Adjusted" for this.
