A simple cheap house with the most basic things, it has the cheapest roof you can find in sight and quite comfortable for the initial sims.



The red house is included only a cheap TSR TV (Monochrome 13 TV) to make it cheaper than the yellow house, the courtyard that you see in the flat frame (Garden), is an example that you can place some objects, but it is not included in that house (Red).

The was built before I put sims in and made sure to clean it properly.
