Brookhaven is a fully furnished home it requires the Sims 3 base game only.

This house is arranged over three floors, from the entrance hall there is a small bathroom, access to the dining room and to the family room. From the family room there is a small terrace that leads to the garden. The kitchen and breakfast area are accessed via the family room, in the kitchen area there is further access to the formal dining room and access to the utility room that has side access to the garden.

The stairs from the family room lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms in total two single rooms, one nursery, the master bedroom and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. From the landing is a further stair case that leads to the attic, that has useable space plus a small half bath/wc.

Outside there is a single garage, the patio and pool are surrounded by flowers.
