This house is arranged over three floors, from the entrance hall there is access to the study , the spacious lounge, ground floor bath room, large kitchen/family room and stairs to the first floor. From the kitchen/family room there is access to the formal dinning room, small utility that leads to the garage and patio doors leading to the side and back terrace.

The first floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the master bedroom also has a seperate wc and a dressing room. From the landing a further set of stairs leads to the small attic bedroom and games room.

Outside the garden is enclosed by a hedge, there is a single garage to the side of the house plus parking for one beside the garage. The garden has plenty of pretty flower beds, a pool with a patio to eat out and a secluded seating area.
