Detalie Plaze: Renovation of Sim 3's Own Fitness Club!

This lot... or should I call it mall--is a total gut/renovation of the Sims 3 given fitness gym. When my Sim was a young adult, the Town's own crappy , outdated, and inefficient gym needed to change. After it being exploded in one million and one pieces, the lot was sub-divided into four "mini-lots". (one main lot, four made through fences.) Out of them, a high end Library, Parking Garage, spectacular garden, and a *cough cough* new fitness club.... were made. Also, a dance/bar club was made in the basement of the Library. It is my first community lot that I am posting here on MTS2, so please be nice =)

The Parking Garage:

With spaces for 80+ cars, the six-floor Parking Garage is fit more for a whole town then a lot. It is mostly on it's own "mini-lot", but was also built atop of the Fitness Club. It is in a contemporary style, and is hidden in the back/left corner of the main lot. Honestly, it is my favorite feature of the lot, because it is so unique, and I haven't seen/built any Parking Garages ever in the sims. Here is a pictures of the Parking Garage, and it's features.

The Library:

Oh my, the Library. It was originally planned to be 2-floors, but it ended up being 4. I am happy that I made it like that though, because each floor has it's own "theme". For an example, the fourth floor is the Computer Section, the third as a Modern Library, second being a Photogenic Library, and the first floor being the "Grand Entrance". There are 2 bathroom on each floor, with the exception of 3 on the third . (get it? 3 on third?) I believe there are at least 100 bookcases in the place, but I may be a few off (or WAY off lol). Anyhow, that is still very awesome to me... =D

Alright. The Fitness Club. The main reason why the lot was blown up. It is significantly smaller then the original, because it lacks a pool. Other then that, it has every single feature of a gym, from a sitting area in the front to a tanning area outside. The Fitness Club has a 2-story cardio area. It is not on two floors, but the ceiling is 2 floors up--which allows fitnessers to see their peers working out as they walk on the balcony to the weight area. The weight area in the Fitness Club has 4 pieces of equipment, which is DOUBLE the amount in the original. There are two bathrooms on each floor, which each houses a private toilet and shower. That way, you don't have to wait in line like the first gym. Here are the facts about the Fitness Gym.

Special Features:

Last but certainly not least, the Special Features. There is a Bar/Club right under the library (but don't worry, it's sound proof for you bookworm sims!), which houses a very large bar, 2 drinking areas, a sitting area to mingle, and a dance floor. It is the hottest club in town! (er... the only club in town!) Also, the Landscaping/Gardens on the lot are spectacular... from going into the Parking Garage to walking through the mini-park on the front corner of the lot. It is very relaxing after reading your book, and exercising your last meal off. Here are the facts over Special Features.

This lot was meant to be a corner lot, so keep that in mind if/when you place it in your town. It still works if it's a regular lot though.
