Well, this is my first Sims 3 home AND post in forever... for this site. I am very happy to introduce this stunning estate, more then an estimated 7000 square feet in all. It was built on a 40X30 lot, using 3/4 of the space on it. Please, don't panic about that fact; I was built to be in the middle of a neighborhood. I hate it when there are fences keeping nature and paths away, so this home has many openings in the lot for you to run out jogging or for you to take your kids out to play. My vision is that the lot is for your house, and the town is for your life. Kinda stupid, but I like it =).
