Willow Cottage is a one bedroom cottage, fully furnished, with combined kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as one bathroom. There is also a patio area in the back with benches and a barbecue.
If further space/rooms are needed a basement could be added with stairs leading from the patio or the house itself can be extended.

I realise visibility may be a problem with all the plants and trees, so they can be easily be removed if they're a problem.
