Wren Cottage is a 3 story traditional house including split level stairs, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single), 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining area and study.

Notes:
- There is a shed to the side of the house that can be used for anything you want.
- A driveway and/or garage could be placed at the left of the house if needed.
- The bathroom at the top of the house could be converted to another bedroom/nursery if necessary as there is more than enough room for the main bathroom downstairs. (Or you could put a bedroom downstairs instead).
- The stairs may cause some problems where a sim won't go up them, if the lot's placed in certain places. I only had this problem once, and I tested it quite a few times, so if it doesn't work, just try putting the lot somewhere else.
