Welcome to Pear Tree Cottage; aptly named after the several pear trees growing on the lot! I've based this build on a lot of older English village cottages/houses that I've been to. I truly to love this style, even though modern builds are so much easier to furnish! Still, I'm really pleased with how this one turned out, and I'm happy with the level of detail in the furnishing! Hope you like it too!


Downstairs, you have the living room to your left when you enter, accessed through a double-wide arch. The double-wide arch next to it leads to the cosy kitchen, complete with it's own little nook. You then have the small study, a ground floor full-size bathroom, and finally, a small laundry room. The single garage has easy access, both from the laundry, and a separate door from the garden.


Upstairs, you have another little nook on the landing, directly next to the main bathroom. You then come to the guest bedroom, and then the first double bedroom. You then have the master bedroom & en-suite bathroom, and finally, the children's bedroom, designed in a gender-neutral green and yellow!


The garden, although small, has enough room for a nice deck, some grass for the kiddies to play ball, and even a small veggie patch, complete with those pear trees that the cottage was named after!
