Redwood Farm has been renovated by the previous owners. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one leading to a terrass. Big kitchen downstairs, with a hallway, livingroom and an office/study. There is also a bathroom here. Car is not included in the download, just there to show the parkingspace. One bicycle is included with 2 cycleracks.



The old vegetablegarden is still there to be used and the old barn can be used for anything you fancy. Maybe a winery after your sim has been to France maybe?
