There is a deck off the second floor, along with a fenced in area for gardening sims with room in back for a patio or outdoor dining area. The larger bedroom also features a small sun room. The home is decorated with a countryish feel with florals and wood tones.

There is a parking spot in front of the home. I've tested this home with a family of 6. Plenty of room for a medium sized family, bedrooms are large enough to allow sims to share.
