This unique home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot. It includes all necessary skill-builders, as well as several extras: computer, tv, and stereo. The low price of $19,499 means that you'll have some money to spare after moving in. Fully-furnished for two; the spare bedroom suite has been left unfurnished for future use. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time to choose your color scheme before you move-in.
Although this house is small, there's plenty of room to move around, plus room to expand. The spare bedroom is big enough for a nursery, twin beds, a hobby room, or even a second master suite. Both full bathrooms have additional space for a sink and shower-tub upgrade. There's room on the lot for a future 1-car driveway. This is a compact but stunning home for a low price.
Unfortunately, for this amount of money we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.

The cost of this multi-level roof was kept low by replacing the beams with foundation walls at a fraction of the price. For more information about "foundation roofs":

If you're interested in learning how to make curves like this, I've attached some screenshots in post #5.
Base game compatible. No CC. Seasons proof. Play tested.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
